Return and Exchanges

 

We want you to love your Chosen Sanctuary product, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: customers are responsible for return postage.)

Purchases can be returned by mail or to the Chosen Sanctuary store and must be in new or unused condition.

We’re sorry, but customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Chosen Sanctuary or monogrammed items and customized hats. If you’re not satisfied with your customized Chosen Sanctuary piece, however, send it to a store with customization services and our craftsmen will switch out your embellishments for free.

Returns By Mail (U.S.)

Fill out the return form included in your order and include it in your package. Your return or exchange will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. (Timing of when it will post to your account will vary depending on your bank).

Returns By Mail (Canada)

Fill out the return form included in your order and include it in your package. Return your order via an insured, traceable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS and make the label out to:
